BREAKING: Comey, Hillary, And Lynch Are FINALLY Going DOWN Official Letter Has Been Issued!

This morning 11 US Congressman officially asked the timid U.S. Attorney General Jeff

Sessions to officially end the crime, and corruption in Washington D.C. by petitioning

him to open a criminal investigation, into the actions of former FBI Director James Comey,

the Democrat Party, and Hillary Clinton.

"In doing so, we are especially mindful of the dissimilar degrees of zealousness that

has marked the investigations into Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and the

presidential campaign of Donald Trump," wrote Florida Republican Congressman Ron DeSantis.

He later adds in the letter, "Those in positions of high authority should be treated the same

as every other American."

The letter calls for a criminal investigation into former FBI Director James Comey, former

2016 Democrat Party Presidential Candidate and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former

Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and anti-Trump

FBI officials who have come to be known as "The FBI Love Birds," Peter Stzrok and

Lisa Page.

Congressman Ron DeSantis and the 10 other lawmakers want an investigation into potential

violations, that would go on to cover everything from the handling of the Clinton email probe,

by Comey's FBI to the anti-Trump dossier's funding to the Uranium One controversy in

an obvious attempt to show the public at large, that no one is above the law no matter what

your social economic class might be.

If these 11 congressmen get their way we might very well be on the brink of learning the

truth about, what the whole Clinton Machine really is and how deeply entrenched it is

wihin the FBI.

But we must also be honest with ourselves here, this might once again be just the same

old same old political theater we have been seeing from Republican officials for years

now, especially considering we are in an election year that although will probably not bring

on the so-called "Blue-Wave" the left is dreaming about, but might still be tough

for a few incumbents who have been less than helpful, when it comes to getting to the bottom

of the D.C.

Swamp and it's out of control corruption.

Here is more on this breaking news via The Washington Free Beacon:

"A delegation of lawmakers issued a criminal reference to the Department of Justice, on

Wednesday calling for charges to be brought against top FBI, and DOJ officials over what

they claim was a biased and bungled investigation, into former Presidential candidate Hillary

Clinton's use of a secret email server.

Eleven Republican lawmakers sent a criminal referral to the DOJ demanding charges be filed

against Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch,

former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates,

FBI Agent Peter Strzok, former acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boenta, and FBI legal

counsel Lisa Page, according to the formal referral sent to the DOJ.

In the six-page letter, the lawmakers outline charges that should be brought against these

current, and formal officials due to what the lawmakers claim was a bungled investigation,

into Clinton's use of a homespun server to store classified information during her

time as secretary of state during the Obama administration.

The lawmakers allege that Comey and others remained loyal to Clinton during the investigation,

and downplayed evidence that led to potential charges against the Democratic candidate to

be dropped during the contested election between her, and Donald Trump.

"We believe that those in positions of high authority should be treated the same as every

other American, we want to be sure that the potential violations of law outlined below

are vetted appropriately," the lawmakers write in the letter, which was spearheaded

by Rep. Ron DeSantis (R., Fla.), chair of the House Subcommittee on National Security.

Comey, the lawmakers claim, violated the law when he leaked several classified memos to

the press in a bid to damage President Donald Trump's administration.

"It would appear that former Director Comey leaked classified information when sharing

these [classified] memos," the lawmakers write, referring that he be prosecuted for

violations of multiple federal statutes governing such activities.

They further allege that Comey dropped the Clinton investigation in order to protect

her 2016 presidential bid.

With regard to Clinton, the lawmakers allege she violated the law when her campaign obfuscated

payments to the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which is responsible for compiling an

anti-Trump dossier based on dubious methods.

The Washington Free Beacon was once a client of Fusion GPS.

That relationship ended in January 2017.

For more information, see here.

"For disguising payments to Fusion GPS on mandatory disclosures to the Federal Election

Commission, we refer Hillary Clinton to DOJ for potential violations" of federal statutes

governing such activity.

The lawmakers outline a range of evidence that they say implicates the other current

and former officials mentioned above."

Every Former Trump Aide Hit With Nasty Punishment From D.C. Dems For Having Worked With Trump - Duration: 4:31.

Every Former Trump Aide Hit With Nasty Punishment From D.C. Dems For Having Worked With Trump.

Many of the former employees who served under the Trump administration are reportedly having

difficulty finding work.

One might think that serving as an aide for the President of the United States would be

a great addition to a resume, but it seems to be potentially the reason that many former

Trump aides are having trouble getting hired in their search for work.

Even though unemployment rates have been doing well, it seems that isn't the case for the

Trump aides.

Reports from BuzzFeed and Truth Exam suggest that one recruiter stated, that companies

were worried about what would happen if they hired someone, who was formerly working for

President Trump.

People supposedly worried about the backlash from being associated or hiring someone who

supported Trump.

It seems as though many companies may not want to associate with the President in fear

of public backlash.

The backlash would only come from those who dislike the President and it could harm businesses,

even though the former aides should not have anything blamed on them.

The concept of "reputational risk" comes into play, even though the former aides were

likely very good candidates for the jobs, that they applied for and working for the

President is a job that comes with a lot of respect.

Truth Exam reported more on the topic of the controversy: "One recruiter reportedly told

the news outlet that companies "are all worried about public backlash," adding that

the concern is "more real with these guys than I've seen with anyone else."

The top concern from the private sector appears to be the "reputational risk" associated

with hires who have worked for the current president.

Those occupying senior level positions are having difficulty finding employment once

they leave the administration, but the struggle is, allegedly, even more difficult for middle

and low-level aides.

One Washington consultant shared with Buzzfeed his concerns about the "legal risk" of

hiring former Trump employees."There's a certain level of uncertainness around the

toxicity.

Generally, there aren't a ton of jobs waiting for those people."

Many Trump hires were brand new to government work, such as former Communications Director

Hope Hicks, who left her post earlier this year.

Companies seemed especially wary of employees who worked with the president during his campaign,

and those potentially implicated in Special Counsel Mueller's ongoing investigation.

Three separate sources told Buzzfeed that private companies (whether working in public

relations, or consulting sectors) appear eager to distance themselves from the anti-immigrant,

anti-trade views espoused by the president and his administration.

This is bad news for employees of an administration known for quick turnover, surprise dismissals,

and an executive whose television catchphrase was once, "You're fired."

Buzzfeed touched on the issue last month when it ran a similar story about Trump staffers

trying to leave the White House.

Employees hearing about recent firing were reluctant to abandon their posts for fear,

they would not be able to find jobs outside the administration.

"I've talked to several people in the last week trying to find a way out, but they

can't get out because no one is really hiring people with Trump White House experience,"

a source told Buzzfeed.

"Not a fun time to say the least."

Trump's former employees should have had an easy time finding a job since they worked

for the President.

It is likely very hard to get a job working in/for the White House and the President,

so that job would normally come to be a very reputable addition to someone's resume.

Unfortunately, people have turned their back on those who worked for Trump and are scared

to hire them.

This is not a good look for the public.

Just because someone worked for a President they don't like, most likely doing office-type

duties, then one should not be biased and hold that against them.

The intolerance of the employers is very visible and they should not be afraid to hire people,

who are skilled and a good fit for the job.

Working for the President should be an honorable job, not a job that people look down upon.

It's shameful that people would be intolerant and hold that job against people.

These are skilled workers looking to make a move in their career and jobs should not

be afraid of them.

If they can do the job, then what makes their previous job make them so unemployable?

Why are consumers that hateful if they're not going to spend money or time with a business?

Should customers treat a business like that if they find out that an employee voted or

worked for Trump?

Turns Out James Comey Committed a Felony By Publishing His Book - Duration: 10:31.

Turns Out James Comey Committed a Felony By Publishing His Book

CNN law enforcement analyst James A. Gagliano took to his Twitter account on Thursday to

denounce former FBI director James Comey's "foolhardy & vainglorious" book tour.

The retired FBI special agent also included a daunting little reminder of the bureau's

policy on "prohibited disclosures."

According to Section 2.4 of FBI's Prepublication Review Manual, FBI Employees shall not disclose

"information that relates to… the substantive merits of any ongoing or open investigation

or case."

So, then the question becomes: what exactly constitutes an employee of the FBI?

Well, per their own internal documents, a FBI employee is "an individual who has or

has had a position of trust with the FBI by virtue of employment, contract, detail, assignment,

joint task force, internship, or other agreement, and through this relationship has or had access

to FBI information."

So, um, sounds like James Comey still falls under those guidelines, wouldn't you say?

While Watchdog group Judicial Watch quickly filed a lawuit for the documents Comey used

in his shady memoir, President Trump was quick to remind the nation Friday morning what he

thinks, calling Comey "a proven LEAKER & LIAR," adding that he "should be prosecuted."

President Trump hilariously added that it was "my great honor" to fire the "untruthful

slime ball."

And it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that James Comey would be completely comfortable

breaking the rules at this late stage in the game.

After all, he leaked documents to the media to precipitate the creation of Special Counsel

Robert Mueller's collusion probe.

But here's the sticky point: is anything going to be done about it?

Will Attorney General Jeff Sessions move to indict Mr. Comey?

No, probably not.

Because the attorney general has interpreted his recusal as applying to all matters connected

with Robert Mueller's Russia collusion probe, he probably won't get involved.

This is just another example of Washington elites watching each other's backs and it's

just business-as-usual.

Meanwhile, the president is being discredited in the mainstream media and sits in legal

jeopardy based on rumor and unsubstantiated allegation.

Did you ever think you'd live to see the day where innuendo would be construed as fact?

Our Founding Fathers are turning over in their graves right about now…

Trump Has Got a Nasty Surprise for Rosenstein and Sessions — They're Done! - Duration: 13:09.

Trump Has Got a Nasty Surprise for Rosenstein and Sessions — They're Done!

After the FBI's raid of Michael Cohen's offices and hotel room on Monday, President

Trump is reportedly furious with the Department of Justice and senior bureau officials.

As Mueller's team of investigators begin to circle the wagons, the president is openly

considering terminating both Deputy FBI Director Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Against the advice of his legal council, Trump feels that terminating these two lawmen would

get the DOJ and FBI back on track.

But, voices in the conservative media and the president's own party tell a different

story.

Here's the scoop from our friends at The Hill:

President Trump is reportedly mulling firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein after

federal investigators raided the office of Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

CNN reported Tuesday evening that the move is among several that Trump is considering

taking after the FBI raided Cohen's Manhattan office the previous day.

The president is also considering firing Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who recused himself

from the Russia probe last year, CNN reported.

But officials told the network that Rosenstein — the No. 2 Justice Department official

who reportedly personally approved the FBI

raid —

is his most

likely target.

Trump Just Obliterated One of Obama's Pet Programs for Illegals - Duration: 13:09.

Trump Just Obliterated One of Obama's Pet Programs for Illegals

Day by day and brick by brick, Trump is completely dismantling Obama's failed legacy.

The latest ridiculous program to land on the ash heap of history is a little-known program

called the Legal Orientation Program began giving illegals "free immigration advice."

But the truth is that the LOP was helping immigrants figure out ways to stay in the

country, legally or otherwise!

Well, Trump's taken a hatchet to that sorry sack of liberal nonsense.

He's instructed his Department of Justice to shut it down, dismantle the parts, and

scatter that trash to the wind.

This looks like it could be the one and only time that Attorney General Sessions has made

himself useful…

Here's the story from Breitbart:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is temporarily shutting down a taxpayer-funded advice service

for the huge numbers of illegal migrants who drive down blue-collar wages throughout the

United States, according to the Washington Post.

The program, dubbed the Legal Orientation Program, paid various left-wing groups to

provide immigration-court advice to migrants.

The program helped roughly 53,000 migrants during 2017.

The shutdown spotlights the administration's efforts to reform the nation's business-oriented

immigration system, which annually delivers at least one million additional cheap workers

and taxpayer-aided consumers to businesses, and up to one million government-dependent

voters to the Democratic Party.

Overall, the nation's migration policy shifts at least $500 billion per year from young

Americans up to investors, employers, real-estate owners, and migration-industry progressives.

At least 600,000 migrants have applied for asylum via the clogged immigration court system,

and roughly 1 million migrants have received final orders of deportation, but have not

yet been sent home.

A 2012 report on the program suggested taxpayers aided 29,000 illegals but did not say how

many won their deportation hearings.

But even a 5 percent gain in 2012 would have added up to almost 1,500 extra migrants, plus

families and chain-migration relatives.

The reports do not calculate the costs of the program's imposition of low-skill migration

on blue-collar and white-collar Americans.

Are you sick and tired of illegal aliens taking your jobs, spending your tax dollars, and

committing crimes

in

your community?

SCOOP: Trump's About to Give a Nasty Surprise to Sessions and Rosenstein - Duration: 13:09.

SCOOP: Trump's About to Give a Nasty Surprise to Sessions and Rosenstein

To say that Trump is livid at the FBI and Jeff Sessions is an understatement.

And who can blame him?

Everyone at the Justice Department is sitting idly by while Robert Mueller trounces Donald

Trump's basic American right to equal protection under the law.

As Alan Dershowitz stated, Mueller is not investigating a crime, he's investigating

Trump.

This is the very scenario that our Founding Fathers wanted to safeguard against in the

Constitution.

So, now, as Mueller's team of investigators begin to circle the wagons, the president

is openly considering terminating both Deputy FBI Director Rod Rosenstein and Attorney General

Jeff Sessions.

2 Justice Department official

who reportedly personally approved the FBI raid — is his most likely target.

The raid on Cohen's offices reportedly marked a tipping point in how Trump responds to the

most senior members of his Justice Department.

Various members of Trump's legal team have reportedly told the president that Rosenstein

crossed a line in signing off on the raids.

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and other Democrats have warned Trump against

trying to fire Rosenstein, who is overseeing special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into

Trump campaign associates' ties to Russia.

Schumer said Tuesday afternoon that Trump firing Rosenstein would spark a "constitutional

crisis."

Rosenstein is not the only one facing the president's wrath.

The New York Times reportedon Tuesday that Trump tried to fire Mueller in December, but

was talked out of it by his attorneys.

Trump openly mused about firing Mueller at the White House on Monday after the FBI raid

against Cohen.

The president has maintained his innocent since the beginning of this debacle, and we

are inclined to believe him.

However, it may turn out that members of his campaign staff have committed crimes involving

collusion with the Russian government or other things.

It may be in Trump's best interest to let the probe continue and those that have broken

laws be indicted and tried by a jury of their peers.

If he elects to fire Rosenstein and Sessions, it may precipitate a "Richard Nixon situation"

and Trump could be seen as obstructing justice.

This is a perilous time for our country and our president.

Trump Just Gave Welfare Scammers Some Very Bad News - Duration: 11:32.

Trump Just Gave Welfare Scammers Some Very Bad News

A large part of the massive waste within welfare programs stems from the increased centralization

of these programs, robbing states the ability to tailor the social aid to meet the needs

of its constituents.

According to The Western Journal, President Trump is contemplating a way to return greater

control of welfare programs to the states.

Such a move could allow state governments to institute mandatory drug testing for certain

food stamp recipients.

The Journal notes that such a move would apply to about 5 percent of people in the $70 billion

Supplemental Nutrition Program, or SNAP

"The drug testing proposal is another step in the Trump administration's push to allow

states more flexibility in how they implement federal programs that serve the poor, unemployed

or uninsured," according to the AP.

"It also wants to allow states to tighten work requirements for food stamp recipients

and has found support among GOP governors who argue greater state control saves money

and reduces dependency."

Federal law, backed by many federal court rulings, have so far prevented states from

hosting mandatory drug testing, deeming the practice as unconstitutional.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, a conservative, has been pushing for drug testing, saying

that they would increase employment by giving drug users the chance to get help as part

of getting a job.

On April 11, President Donald Trump signed an executive order demanding that those receiving

federal assistance must be working.

"The federal government's role is to clear paths to self-sufficiency, reserving public

assistance programs for those who are truly in need."

Trump continued, "The federal government should do everything within its authority

to empower individuals by providing opportunities for work, including by investing in federal

programs that are effective at moving people into the workforce

and

out of poverty."
