As California Fights Trump Over Troops At Border, Texas Has Perfect Response.

As rumors circulate over California possibly backing off of its commitment to send National

Guard troops, to President Donald Trump for border security operations, Texas just delivered

the perfect response.

It puts the "Golden State" to shame.

According to Daily Caller, the ultra-liberal Governor of California Jerry Brown may be

refusing to answer President Donald Trump's call for troops to secure our border with

Mexico.

Disagreement over the duties that will be expected of those troops continues.

Brown initially indicated, through a letter on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, to Homeland

Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Secretary of Defense "Mad Dog" James Mattis, that

he would send 400 troops.

Brown's letter pledged 400 troops to help in an ongoing program to fight transnational

crime, which included drug smugglers, transnational gangs, and human traffickers.

However, Brown insisted in his letter that the California National Guard members not

be involved in any sort of federal immigration enforcement operations.

"This will not be a mission to build a new wall," Brown wrote.

"It will not be a mission to round up women and children or detain people escaping violence,

and seeking a better life.

And the California National Guard will not be enforcing federal immigration laws,"

Brown added.

Brown's letter did not indicate as to how many of the 400 California National Guard

troops would join the 55 guardsmen already stationed on the border.

"The location of Guard personnel and number specifically working in support of operations

along the border, the coast and elsewhere in the state will be dictated by the needs

on the ground," a spokesperson for the governor's office told Daily Caller in an email.

Following Brown's letter, state and federal officials began the fruitless conversation

over what the California guardsmen would be allowed to do after being sent to the border.

Those talks reportedly took a dive and then came to a screeching halt.

According to the New York Post, California and the federal government could not work

out a deal on what the additional troops would be permitted to do, causing the President

to blast Brown on Twitter.

"Looks like Jerry Brown and California are not looking for safety and security along

their very porous Border," Trump wrote.

"He cannot come to terms for the National Guard to patrol and protect the Border.

The high crime rate will only get higher.

Much wanted Wall in San Diego already started!"

This came on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, after Ronald Vitiello, the Acting Deputy Commissioner

of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, told reporters that Brown decided the tasks

required of the California guardsmen were "unsupportable."

"The governor determined that what we asked for is unsupportable, but we will have other

iterations," Vitiello said.

What a shame and an embarrassment to the people of California and our country.

Brown is supposed to bear the interests of lawful U.S. citizens in his state over those

of illegal immigrants.

Instead, his actions make him look like a disloyal fool.

Following Vitiello's announcement, Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) had the perfect response

for California's Governor Brown.

During an interview on Fox News Varney and Co with host Stuart Varney, Williams totally

schooled California on what it means to show loyalty to our country and to honor our nation's

sovereignty.

In regards to Brown "balking at sending National Guard troops to secure the border,"

Varney said to Williams, "I'm sure you don't think much to this, vent, please,"

and Williams wasted no time in shaming Brown.

"Well, I don't think much to it, Governor Abbott of Texas is doing a great job.

He's doing his responsibility, as you said, 700 on the ground now of 1,400," Williams

began.

"Jerry Brown sees things totally different," he continued before really laying into Brown.

"I mean, we've got issues down there with drug wars, we've got sovereignty issues,

we've got people coming over, terrorists that want to kill Americans, and I guess he

sees it a little different by not wanting to send his National Guard there," Williams

continued.

"So, that's the difference between California and Texas."

After Varney asked Williams if Brown's refusal to send troops to the border was a provocation

to Trump, Williams responded, "Well, there's no question about it.

I mean, he doesn't favor President Trump, but what's more important is adhering to

the laws of the land, and we need to defend our borders."

He continued, "California has a border, Texas has a border, and I would think Governor

Brown would want to do what's right rather than putting politics over his dislike for

this President."

Varney also asked Williams what the primary reason is for Texas decision to send troops

to the border.

Williams had the perfect response.

"Well, I'm former Secretary of State of Texas and very familiar with what's happening

on the border in Texas.

We've lived with this problem a long time, and you merely go down there and you see those

that are coming over here illegally.

They're coming between the ports, not through the ports," Williams said.

"The tremendous drug war, the drug cartels going on down there has to be taken care of,

and then, there is the sovereignty issue of sovereign borders of the United States of

America.

So, this is not anything to support President Trump, although he's asked, and Governor

Abbott is doing the right thing," Williams continued.

"We've been involved in this with Governor Perry, Governor Bush, in securing our borders

in Texas from people who want to come over here and break the law," Williams added.

I could not agree more with Rep. Williams.

You can always count on a Texan to give it to you straight.

It's no wonder why Texas has such a great reputation for taking a stand when others,

like California, fail to do so.

And he said, "This is a memo that describes how we're going to take out seven countries

in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and,

finishing off, Iran."

I said, "Is it classified?"

He said, "Yes, sir."

I said, "Well, don't show it to me."

And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, "You remember that?"

He said, "Sir, I didn't show you that memo!

I didn't show it to you!"

Donald Trump has just signed an executive order that has liberals everywhere fuming.

Conservative Tribune reported that last Tuesday, Trump signed an executive order that imposed

a 90-day deadline for all federal agencies that administer aid programs to review their

work requirements and come up with ways to make them stronger.

The new executive order is called "Reducing Poverty in America by Promoting Opportunity

and Economic Mobility."

"The federal government should do everything within its authority to empower individuals

by providing opportunities for work, including by investing in federal programs that are

effective at moving people into the workforce and out of poverty," Trump's order stated.

"It must examine federal policies and programs to ensure that they are consistent with principles

that are central to the American spirit — work, free enterprise, and safeguarding human and

economic resources.

For those policies or programs that are not succeeding in those respects, it is our duty

to either improve or eliminate them."

The executive order is just the latest example of the Trump administration showing that it

is adept at handling both the responsibilities of foreign policy challenges and domestic

policy reforms

President Donald Trump just spoke out to mop the floor with former FBI Director James Comey,

and said he is likely going to jail.

"Unbelievably, James Comey states that Polls, where Crooked Hillary was leading, were a

factor in the handling (stupidly) of the Clinton Email probe.

In other words, he was making decisions based on the fact that he thought she was going

to win, and he wanted a job.

Slimeball!" Trump wrote on Twitter, according to Mad World News.

Trump was referring to a clip from Comey's interview with George Stephanopoulis in which

the former FBI head said that he thought Clinton was going to win and that it affected how

he handled the investigation into her private email server.

"The big questions in Comey's badly reviewed book aren't answered like, how come he gave

up Classified Information (jail), why did he lie to Congress (jail), why did the DNC

refuse to give Server to the FBI (why didn't they TAKE it), why the phony memos, McCabe's

$700,000 & more?" he wrote.

"Comey throws AG Lynch 'under the bus!'

Why can't we all find out what happened on the tarmac in the back of the plane with

Wild Bill and Lynch?

Was she promised a Supreme Court seat, or AG, in order to lay off Hillary.

No golf and grandkids talk (give us all a break)!" Trump continued.

And Trump didn't stop there!

"I never asked Comey for Personal Loyalty.

I hardly even knew this guy.

Just another of his many lies.

His "memos" are self serving and FAKE!" Trump wrote.

Neil Gorsuch Turns on Trump – Submits to Illegals in Landmark SCOTUS Ruling

Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch shocked everyone by turning on Trump and casting the

deciding vote in favor of an illegal alien convicted of residential burglary and facing

deportation.

The Washington Examiner reported that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the illegal

alien in a 5-4 vote, deciding that the term "crime of violence" was unconstitutionally

vague.

The deciding vote was cast by Gorsuch, who was joined in the decision by Justices Ruth

Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan.

The Supreme Court heard the case last year, but came out deadlocked 4-4 following the

death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

The case was brought by James Garcia Dimaya, a lawful permanent resident who immigrated

to the U.S. from the Philippines at 13.

He was convicted of residential burglary in 2007 and 2009, and the Department of Homeland

Security decided to deport him in 2010 after determining the crimes could be considered

crimes of violence.

The Justice Department's Board of Immigration Appeals agreed that Dimaya should be deported

since ne of the convictions constituted an "aggravated felony" and therefore made

him subject to mandatory deportation.

However, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals did not agree and decided that the definition

of "aggravated felony" under the Immigration and Nationality Act, which incorporates the

definition of "crime of violence," was unconstitutionally vague.

The Supreme Court ended up agreeing with this, thanks to Gorsuch.

The opinion was presented by Kagan, who cited a 2015 8-1 Supreme Court decision, written

by Scalia, that struck down a clause of the Armed Career Criminal Act as unconstitutionally

vague.

Kagan wrote that this "tells us how to resolve this case."

Trump will undoubtedly be unhappy that the Supreme Court justice that he appointed is

already submitting to liberals from the highest court in the land.
