Hey ya'll, so today I will be sharing my hair growth routine
I've been using this hair growth routine for the past few years
And it always gives me a minimum of one inch of hair growth per month and sometimes even more. The proof is in the pudding
y'all. The key behind this routine is to increase as much blood flow to your scalp as possible
And I will be showing you how

Step 1: oil scalp massage.Tthis right here is my secret weapon and it is jamaican black castor oil
I've been using this for the past 4 years on a weekly basis. Jbco is very rich in vitamin E
omega fatty acids and linolenic acid
Which has been proven to combat thinning and increase hair growth. My favorite brand is tropic Isle living because other JBCO's
have a high salt content that actually makes your hair fall out
I usually get it online, but it is coming to a Rite Aid near you soon
So I use a glass dropper to put it on my scalp, and I make sure to saturate my entire scalp
I do this routine once a week before I wash my hair. The more you do this routine, the better results you'll get.
Massaging physically stimulates the scalp to increase blood flow. We really want to focus on increasing blood flow because blood carries nutrients and oxygen
This is gonna help to give you a healthy scalp and faster hair growth
Protip: massage your scalp upside down so gravity will pull more blood towards your scalp. If I get tired

Massage for at least 10 minutes. Step two: deep treatment. Along with the oil scalp massage
I do a deep treatment with either deep conditioner or a protein treatment. If your hair feels really dry, use deep conditioner. If your hair
Is very limp and lifeless, use a protein treatment.
This is so incredibly important because you need to moisturize and nourish

I put on this clear shower cap and then I
Use my microwavable deep conditioning cap. I microwave it for one minute, and it gets hot hot hot
Heat opens the hair cuticle so your hair soaks up more of the treatment
Heat also dilates your blood vessels, remember y'all, blood flow. Trap in the heat for at least one hour
Or you can sleep in it and wash it out the next day
Protip: don't trim your hair. You're telling me you're expecting your hair to get longer when you're cutting off the length?
I only recommend this tip for healthy hair, if you have split ends, please cut them off. And that's exactly why I
