I could we've had our money's worth
We arrived here yesterday before the check-in time
Next we'll be heading towards North

We're driving towards north after leaving Bishop
Our goal is to drive to Lake Tahoe
We'll go check out Mammoth Lakes on the way
It's only three hours to Lake Tahoe
So it's not that long drive
We'll be there today
A quick stop here
We'll go check out the visitor center
We'll see what's in the area
We're walking towards the central area
We'll try to find out something to eat
The maps are not that clear what's here
Some cycling roads to the mountains
There's quite nice weather
There's a nice breeze but it's warm
It's warm but not opressively warm
There's some skiing slopes
We're trying how the pizza is here
Let's hope it's nice
The prices are pretty decent
Let's hope the food is good too
There's a bit more choices than usual
More than just burgers and sandwiches
At least it looks good
Our expectations are high
That was a good experience

We'll save it for dinner

And journey continues - next stop is at Mono Lake
Let's see what that place is like
We may stay a night if there are places
It's 20 minutes away
The distances are surprisingly short here
I remembered them to be longer
All the spots were gone
Now it seems to be free though
It was nothing special and it's only 4 PM so we won't be staying here anyway
That looked like a police car there in the bush
They probably caught a speeder
The RV park seems to be empty
Let's visit the visitor center again
See what info they give to us
Look at those cone shaped rocks
There's a path down there
But we're too tired for such a long trip
There's a road too but it's not paved
So don't want to do that either
There's no rivers or streams out of Mono Lake
So it accumulates a lot of salt
It's twice as salty as the sea
That's what we learned
We're going towards Lake Tahoe now
Let's see what it offers
I was trying to find a free park for RV
But the road where they are seems closed
Okay
We found a campsite with available parking
There's swimming pool
And 24/7 shop
Also a casino
It was only 25 dollars for the night
On the way stopped at some kind of forest campsite
That was 22 dollars and it offered nothing
Compared to that this is a lot better place
We can go gamble all our trip money
We can put the table food
You can see the lake there
Pretty nice view here
It's comfortably warm too
The pool is open til ten
If we want to have a swim
Let's bring it closer
So we ended up to the casino
Lost all of the money
No travel money left
Well.. lost only ten dollars
Got it to 50 dollars
Then went all-or-nothing
Took long enough though
I thought it'll never end
We've tried Nevada's Casino now
That's almost end of this day
We'll continue our adventure tomorrow Good night
