How excitement is going on for this week as well?

You guys should be excited because I am sooo excited

as you saw from the title this we got Zumba for this week

Honestly, I was thinking what could abstain people from trying Zumba

And guess what I couldn't find any reason

you can burn up till 500 cal while having a lot of fun with Zumba

Talking about the words of the week

Zumba is a dance fitness program

created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during the 1990s.

. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements.

Zumba is invented by the trainer incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, and much more.

Zumba depends a lot on choreography

The sequence of steps and movements in dance or figure skating, especially in a ballet or other staged

Which means you going to see a repeated rhythm of movements during one session of Zumba

Zumba requires comfy clothes it could be loose and could be tight

just like sweatpants and tanks

‏ and a lot of water for sure and comfy shoes as well

My main goal in this episode is clarifying the feelings we get when trying Zumba for the first time

there is a lot of embarrassment involved

which I guess it's the one of the thing that stop people from trying Zumba

and I'm trying to break such a thing in this episode together

You gotta know that embarrassment and making mistakes are part of learning Zumba

because Zumba depends on choreography that's invented by the trainer

which we need some time to get used to understand and get along so you take off

Don't Worry, the trainer going to help a lot by using their hands

to show the direction of the movements during the session

up and down right or left

Let's see how I performed the first day of the Zumba class shamelessly

laugh if you want because I already did LOL

Today is Zumba, I'm waiting for the trainer doing some stretches

Oh Lord, I am not feeling my legs

so exciting and the guy is awesome

just to let you know that after this class

I applied for some audition in Hollywood since I became so good at dancing, JK

One of the great things about Zumba is that all ages can make it happen

and it could be done individually or in a group

but I prefer a group since it is much more fun

you can also do it at home as well without anything other than your enthusiasm and you can kick off
