We are going to talk about some life hacks.
What can you do to make you life more efficient and more effective.
So, I have couple of questions for you.
One question I have is as a business owner and as an entrepreneur,
I want maximum productivity in my life.
What kind of tools do you offer for that?
First of all I would like to welcome you in the Practice HORA Studio in Wilmette, Chicagoland.
I am very excited to have our pilot video and just to be short.
As a business owner, to you who is a business owner, coming to our place to ask this question.
There are three things that you should have.
First, you should have stability, psychological stability and physiological stability.
What it means?
That physically you strong enough to support any of the idea
and you could supported for the length of your needs to get to the result.
Second, you have to have attention that would focus towards the result as long as you need
And as a business owner of Practice HORA, I can say the strength of your attention
lays within the body, the strong, stable body.
And the third thing, you have to have a stable stability of your calmness.
So calmness is the most crucial component of business making.
I am pretty sure that a lot of people could agree with me, without inner stability
of calmness, and health and concentration of attention
no business would survive in long process of overcoming obstacles.
That is my answer.

I would second what Svetlana mentioned. Resilience is a trained characteristics,
it's not you, that born with it
you have to train it no matter what your talent is
no matter how good you are with calmness from the beginning.
This skill need to be continuously trained and hold to improve ability to scale.
Scale requires external scale, requires internal scale.
To scale internally you got to have that grit
and that grit requires the training of calmness, training of attention inside the body.
Ok. Because I know you two, I know that it is possible to train calmness, to train resilience
but a year ago, I might not have believe that.
How do you actually train calmness?
Is it suppression of what it is that's bothering you or what is it?

Practice HORA basic principles is training the stability
of the body and stability of the attention and stability of your calmness.
In order to do that is very simple principle is pushing and resistance
within this mode of pushing and resistance you training two types of attention that comes into one.
One type of attention is environmental attention, is like woman.
She sees the environment, she sees the point that she needs to get to and she could focus toward this point.
In both attentions you need your strength, in order to find this strength
we have a specific exercises that would get you in total balanced stability.
Within this total balance stability your attention, two types of attentions
environmental and focus attention get into one connecting into your physical self
and then your calmness would let you keep going.
Each exercise. Our exercises are very short, so it would be easier for you not to get tired
and very exact and through those trainings of going on exercises
you will be able to see yourself through the stable body, calm mind, and sharp thoughts.
And then you can go on for your day and that is how you would not believe it in the beginning

Yes, I want to elaborate little bit further. To believe its meaning you had to experience
our Practice it's not necessary about believe it's about an experience.
Ones you experience what it means to have lightness, what it means to have vitality
and what it means to have easiness inside your body.
You start having that feeling "Uh, I feel useful again".
Calmness is a training of mobilization. What is Svetlana mentioned
We are train Evolutionary trance mobilization, mobilization that allows
person to sustain and stay in the zone of calmness, when you are in the decision moment,
but you already have different type of connection between mind, body and nervous system.
And this different connection allows you to retain calmness longer
Because long term that you and I know such as resilience ….......
for sustainability can't exist without calmness.
Calmness is the foundation of those characteristics.
In order to have them, you have to know how to train this and this is what Practice HORA does.
It's new method, it's a new teaching:
How you can train calmness as one of the teachings that we have in Practice HORA.
Well, that is sound wonderful.
Let me clarify for a minute, because I had a personal experience here, that I think replicates that.
And in terms of changing the connection between mind, body and nervous system.
Previously, I might have like a start over reaction or maybe a negative reflects to something
and through the exercises, I have learn to observed what happened and allow my body to not react to that
because previously it felt subconscious to me, is that an example?
Because as you said at the beginning of our interview, that we would give a life hacks
and just not to explain too much because our time is limited
I would like to give a life hack.
That we just going do along with those who is going to watch us in the future
and would be able to do the same along with us.
Every single time when you feel stopped, when you feel at lost, when you feel unsure
and you sometimes could be paralyzed by those type of feelings and sensations.
The life hack from the founder of the Practice HORA and that we are going to do now
is very simple technique.
Just like all our classes as a number of techniques that you can use in life
that is most important about Practice HORA.
So, this is technique called a meditative mobilization calmness technique.
Meditative mobilization calmness technique.
So all you have to do is take your presentation of your mind, your hand
because everything that we do is done by the hand.
Let's do it together.
Without thinking you placing the hand on the chest, where it lands naturally,
you push it down a little, connecting it to your feet and then you look at your hand from the inside
and let your mind flow with your breathing,
just three cycles are good enough.
Then you slowly release and you would find yourself at the state we're you lose the lost feeling.
So basically what happened at this moment, as soon as your attention finds the mobilization state
the stability through body, your calm instinctual breathing that belongs only
to each and one of all of us, would take you from weakness into the strength
so the state of unsureness would be exchanged to "ready to move" state.
So, calmness in action is one of our signature exercises.
So this is life hack, could help you to find yourself in the productive state
while you feel not as productive as you would like to be.
That's my life hack!
Great for any business person!
Anybody at all, students, those who just feel discouraged in any way
they could turn it around, right at the moment
and the more you do it, the better you get at it.
It offers an opportunity to reset, reset the flow of thoughts
reset the flow that happening inside of you.
This exercise is an exercise of calmness, it's designed to regain at least your attention
and through training of Practice HORA this exercise becomes more valuable and more effective.
It's become more of a tuning for you that can use any moment of time.
You know for me when I learned that, I heard of things similar
but the real difference was the attention and the connection between the hand and the feet
so that you feel like your entire body is involved, I know it's more to it than that
but although it's looks similar to other things, it is feels entirely different to me.
We should invite our audience to open class.
So people can come and actually experience this exercise on them selves.
Alongside with other exercises we do, because we are a psycho-physical training method
which implies there are exercises through the physics body, through intellect
that unites mind, body and nervous system
in the new connection that did not existed before.

I like the component of calmness and consciences which is attention
so connected attention through the body give your mind a conscious level of seeing yourself
while you usually can't.
Like at harsh situation, your mind is kind of like dissolved in the harshness of it.
So our Practice give a person, any person a capability of consciously changing
the outcome of every action in the future, so you are building your life within your own self
with your own hands and you can say. I am responsible for my own future.
And when I see the end result, I am attracted to it, in a perspective of the future and as a result
will be getting to the future, looking back and say, I found a right method for myself.
That is how I see Practice HORA for me as a business user.
