I've found a job!

Where, when, what? I'm going to tell you in a bit

- I have found a job -

And I'm back in Italy

Many of you asked me:"and now?" "What are you going to do?"

There are many possible paths

The first one was to do my thesis abroad

Who followed me on Instagram saw that I sneaked in Stanford

And i talked with the president

Who is David Kelley

(The founder of IDEO)

And I'm at Standford

If I will be able to talk with the founder of IDEO, i can talk with anyone even Madonna

And this one was my first choice, but it's not possible anymore

Because I discovered I must graduate before April

Otherwise they will make me pay the fee

And I have no money for that and I'm not going to ask to my father to pay for it

I would have liked to study there

The environment is amazing, much founds and a richer network

And it' in the Silicon Valley which is great to meet talented people

But as I said I must graduate in 3 months

I thought I was able to post pone it as I wanted but actually not

So I should start the thesis

I don't even know the topic

I'm not worried, I will come up with something

Let's say that 3 moths in my town

IS PURE HELL FOR MY PRODUCTIVITY

I don't know why, maybe planet alignment, but here

In Reggio Emilia

my productivity drops to 0

It doesn't exist, it just vanishes

Therefore I need to change, to move in a different place

with new stimuli, new everything

That's why I accepted a job

In a Design Studio

In a different town, in fact I'm moving

Then, where?

And you will probably say, where the hell is Albizzate

I don't even know

It's close to my job and not that far from Milan

And I go to work with this baby

The point is that I planned to go to work with the bus and come back with the bike

Unfortunately I've just discovered that, THAT bus, doesn't exist

I mean, I should have known that

The route of it was more the one of a plane than the one of a bus

Doing this route with the bike is a bit difficult

Because it's completely uphill

And some path are that steep that I need to jump of the bike and walk

This is my favorite part

The downhill

even though, after that there is again an uphill

So, after 5km I'm almost arrived

We can say that I arrive at work fresh like a rose

But I like the job, therefore is not an effort for me

it's just huge

It's massive

I don't even use this much space

I don't even watch tv

Because my salary at the moment is very low

I won't tell you how much is that but believe me

this house it's just perfect

This is pretty much everything for this week

It was just a small update on my life

what I'm doing in this moment

Because the channel it's all about this

It's not about fancy shots, great places or a perfect editing

The channel has to be the record of my life, the record of my path

And in this precise moment i'm doing this, I'm living in a tavern

I'm pretty much broke, I'm doing the thesis, the internship,

I'm running this small channel, doing a podcast: Caffè design, and a couple of other stuff

what else?

Is there a moral behind this video?

Maybe don't buy a Graziella (Small bike) to do 5km of uphills every day

But maybe it's not a moral, just common sense

NFL Rejects 'Please Stand' Ad from Veterans Group - Duration: 2:29.

The NFL has rejected a one-page advertisement for the Super Bowl program from the

American Veterans (AMVETS) organization that included the message "Please Stand,"

according to USA Today's Erik Brady.

The ad featured an American flag with an accompanying message of #PleaseStand.

AMVETS national commander Marion Polk called the move by the NFL as "corporate

censorship" and that it denies veterans the right to freedom of speech.

The ad takes a stand against the players who have protested during the national

anthem by kneeling or sitting before NFL games throughout the season.

In a letter to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell,

AMVETS noted that the NHL has allowed for the ad to run in their respective

programs.

"The Super Bowl game program is designed for fans to commemorate and celebrate the

game, players, teams and the Super Bowl," NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told USA

Today.

"It's never been a place for advertising that could be considered by some as a

political statement.

The NFL has long supported the military and veterans and will again salute our

service members in the Super Bowl with memorable on-field moments that will be

televised as part of the game."

Ads for the program are not sold through the NFL but with a third-party publisher.

The NFL has final say on approving what goes into the program.

"We looked to work with the organization and asked it to consider other options

such as 'Please Honor our Veterans,'" McCarthy added.

"They chose not to and we asked it to consider using 'Please Stand for Our

Veterans.' Production was delayed as we awaited an answer.

As the program was going to production, the organization asked about including a

hashtag" — as in #PleaseStand — "and was informed that approval would not be

provided in time and was asked to approve the ad without the hashtag.

The organization did not respond and the program ultimately went into production to

meet deadlines."

McCarthy noted that an ad from the Veterans of Foreign Wars was approved and it

read "We Stand for Veterans."

today we are going to do a challenge

that I have seen

from some youtubers

that is to use every single eyeshadow from a palette

all at once

and this is the results in fact

that it wasn't that bad

I hope and you like it

and the palette I use for this challenge was

the shaaanxo from BH cosmetics

she is a blogger from Australia or New Zealand

something like that , and She did a collab with them

and the palette has 9 eyeshadows

this are the eyeshadows

I used every single one

to do this look

so it wasn't that easy but it wasn't that hard either

but it was very interesting

so if you want to see this challenge

so let's go to the challenge

so like I said I'm using this

BH cosmetics that is the

Shaaanxo

and we have to use all the eyeshadows

all the colores

from this palette

so let's start

so I'm starting with a transition shadow

and it's this one

it's like a light beige

and I will apply it on the crease

and then

i'm going to

to this like a copper shade

and I will apply it

same on the crease

and I'll pull it

all the way to the center

and then

I'll take another blending brush

and I will take

this almost orange shade

and I will put it

maybe up

no maybe below from the shade I just applied

i am also going to pull it towards the center

I'm like invading part of my lid

bit just the upper part

and then

I am going to take this bronze shade

and I'm going to apply it

only on the outer corner

like a V

I'm pulling it in a little bit on to the lid

and I'm going to

this one

and the same, I'm going to make it like a V

but smaller

and I'm staying on the lid

almost in the center

and then I'm taking

the darkest shade

and use it like an eyeliner

and then

I am going to take this one

duo chrome shade

and apply it

on the lower lash line

and for last, no wait not last

I'm taking this vine shade

and I'm going to mix it up

lower than the last shade I just applied

I will clean it up later with concealer

and I will pull it upward

and quickly I did my eyebrows

to do the last step

with the last shade

it's a champagne shade

and that one I will use to to

illuminate the brow bone area

and I am also going to apply it one the lid

well there it is

like I said at the beginning

I feel it isn't that bad

this look I made using

the 9 shades of the palette

from BH
