Why is fluoride added to water?

To make water taste like soft drink.

No.

According to a prevailing study.

When fluoride is added to public water supplies.

At an average concentration of about 1 part per million or slightly below, it prevents tooth decay.

But how?

Enamel is the hard outer covering of our tooth.

It is primarily made up of hydroxyapatite.

Hydroxyapatite is a compound of calcium, phosphorus and hydroxide.

Now, when bacteria in our mouth feed on food particles, they produce acid.

This acid dissolves the hydroxyapatite leaving behind a residue of calcium and phosphate ions.

This results in a tooth decay.

Now, when we drink water containing fluoride.

The fluoride binds with calcium and phosphate ions forming fluorapatite.

As fluorapatite is less susceptible to acid attacks, it helps to stop the tooth decay process.

BREAKING!!! JOHN MCCAIN FINALLY DID IT! So WRONG on EVERY LEVEL! RESIGN NOW - Duration: 2:26.

BREAKING!!!

JOHN MCCAIN FINALLY DID IT!

So WRONG on EVERY LEVEL!

RESIGN NOW

Two-time presidential loser John McCains obsessive jealousy of Trump has been on full

display since the day our new president was sworn into office.

The 81-year-old traitor shouldve been put out to pasture long ago, but because term

limits for US Senators dont exist, the dried up old schmuck has been spending every

waking hour plotting on ways to bring Trump down.

Several days ago, the brain-rotting old fart came out with his latest asinine claim against

President Trump, saying in an interview with Esquire that he doesnt support Trump as

president because he doesnt think the president has a set of principles and beliefs.

But just days after McCain decided to throw mud at Trump from his ivory tower, a disturbing

skeleton from McCains past is now starting to emerge, proving who really lacks principles

in Washington D.C.

The past several weeks have been ridden with sex scandals surrounding many well-known liberals.

We learned that Al Franken and Harvey Weinstein have sexually abused women for decades, and

over the past 24 hours, Matt Lauer of the Today Show was fired from the network, as

disgusting details surfaced about how hed routinely turn his office into a sex lair,

and had a secret button under his desk installed so he could lock the doors from the inside.

Now it appears as though John McCain is the latest creep to join these sexual perverts,

at the same time that McCain hypocritically calls for Roy Moore to exit Alabamas U.S.

Senate race.

When it comes to John McCains decisions, weve learned from his past antics that

hes always out for himself and he has little regard for his own political party, his family,

or his constituents.

Now its being revealed how McCain allegedly cheated on his wife of 37 years, after having

an improper relationship with lobbyist Vicki Iseman.

A female lobbyist had been turning up with him at fund-raisers, visiting his offices

and accompanying him on a clients corporate jet.

Convinced the relationship had become romantic, some of his top advisers intervened to protect

the candidate from himself instructing staff members to block the womans access,

privately warning her away and repeatedly confronting him, several people involved in

the campaign said on the condition of anonymity.

But this is just the beginning of John McCains disgusting sexual escapades as you will soon

see.

Youre probably familiar with McCains POW story, where in October of 1967, he was

shot down and captured by the North Vietnamese and kept as a prisoner of war until 1973.

North Korea's Kim 'open to dialogue' with South Korea, will only use nukes if threatened - Duration: 2:56.

North Korea's Kim 'open to dialogue' with South Korea, will only use nukes if threatened

SEOUL (Reuters) - Kim Jong Un warned the United States on Monday he had a nuclear button

on his desk ready for use if North Korea was threatened, but offered an olive branch to

South Korea, saying he was open to dialogue with Seoul.

After a year dominated by fiery rhetoric and escalating tensions over Pyongyangs nuclear

weapons program, the North Korean leader used his televised New Years Day speech to declare

his country a peace-loving and responsible nuclear power and call for lower military

tensions and improved ties with the South.

When it comes to North-South relations, we should lower the military tensions on the

Korean Peninsula to create a peaceful environment, Kim said.

Both the North and the South should make efforts.

Kim said he would consider sending a delegation to the Winter Olympics Games in Pyeongchang,

South Korea, in February.

North Koreas participation in the Winter Games will be a good opportunity to showcase

the national pride and we wish the Games will be a success.

Officials from the two Koreas may urgently meet to discuss the possibility, Kim said.

South Korea said it welcomed Kims offer.

But U.S.-based experts saw Kims speech as a clear attempt to divide Seoul from its

main ally, Washington, which has led an international campaign to pressure North Korea through sanctions

to give up weapons programs aimed at developing nuclear missiles capable of hitting the United

States.

We have always stated our willingness to talk with North Korea anytime and anywhere

if that would help restore inter-Korean relations and lead to peace on the Korean Peninsula,

a spokesman for the South Korean presidency said.

Lee Hee-beom, president of the Pyeongchang Organizing Committee, said it welcomed North

Korean participation and would discuss relevant matters with the South Korean government

as well as the International Olympic Committee.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has said North Koreas participation would ensure

the safety of the Olympics and proposed last month that Seoul and Washington postpone large

military drills that the North denounces as a rehearsal for war until after the Games.

Asked to comment on Kims speech, U.S. President Donald Trump said: Well see, well

see, as he walked into a New Years Eve celebration at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

The U.S. State Department did not respond to a requests for comment on Kims New Years

address, but analysts said it was an attempt to weaken the U.S.-South Korean alliance.

This speech pokes at the fissure that has lain below the surface in U.S.-South Korean

relations, and seems designed to drive a wedge there, said Douglas Paal, a former senior

U.S. diplomat who heads the Asia program at Washingtons Carnegie Endowment for International

Peace.

Which 2020 Democrat Won 2017 - Duration: 3:11.

Which 2020 Democrat Won 2017 the 2020 Democratic presidential primary has

already begun, whether you like it or not. In fact, we are are already midway through

the two-year invisible primary, in which prospective candidates first jockey for stature,

and then move toward nailing down top donors, staff and volunteers. So, whos winning?

Because of its invisible nature, accurately assessing how the first year went is tricky

business. Who knew that Barack Obamas time spent in 2005 writing The Audacity of Hope

would lead to a best-selling phenomenon that catapulted his candidacy? Who recognized that

Donald Trump was seizing the Republican pole position in 2013 by suing Bill Maher over

an orangutan sex joke, publicly questioning the merits of allowing women to serve with

men in the military, complaining that Jon Stewart was calling him F**kface Von Clownstick,

blaming blacks and Hispanics" for overwhelming amount of violent crime and teasing a run

in Iowa?

But not every nomination is won by an unanticipated celebrity juggernaut. Ask Mitt Romney, John

McCain, John Kerry, George W. Bush, Bob Dole or Bill Clinton. Sometimes its the old-fashioned

networking in early primary states and record of political accomplishment that gives a candidate

an early lead that persists through the inevitable ups and downs.

So, did any Democrat have an exceptional 2017 to help put them in command once the invisible

primary ends and the visible primary begins on Wednesday, November 7, 2018?

Not exactly. But some candidates clearly have done more than others. Heres a look back

at how some of the more active presidential wannabes spent their year.

The Not-Democrat Democrat

The candidate who best fortified his position as the public face of the Democratic Party

is unquestionably Sen. Bernie Sanders. How much more airtime does he get than everyone

else in pack? Consider this stat: Bernie was a guest on the Sunday morning talk shows for

a whopping 21 out of 52 weeks this year. No other potential candidate appeared more than

four times.

Sanders also was the star of four prime-time CNN town halls, three since September.

But Bernie was not just showboating for the cameras in 2017. He leveraged his out-sized

media platform and fervent grass-roots base to exert influence over the party. He single-handedly

got nearly the entire prospective presidential field to embrace single-payer health insurance.

He prompted Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to propose an anti-monopoly economic reform

package. And he is on track to make the Democratic National Committee reduce the number of superdelegates

for the 2020 convention.

And he did all that while still refusing to become a Democrat.

By retaining his independent status, he remains removed from the accursed Democratic establishment.

While it makes partisans howl, the I next to his name burnishes Sanders status

as an insurgent reformer, not a creature of the party.

White House aides already anxious about 2018 - Duration: 3:12.

White House aides already anxious about 2018 Senior staff are looking down the pike of

a difficult year, from the looming West Wing brain drain and ongoing Russia inquiries to

the threat of a Democratic wave in the midterms.

President Donald Trump returned to Washington from his sunny holiday break in Florida in

an upbeat mood, relaxed and rested but many of his top aides are dreading whats

to come in 2018.

After ending their first year on a high, signing a sweeping tax reform bill into law, Trumps

advisers are divided about how to capitalize on that victory and maintain momentum going

forward with Hill Republicans again at odds over their legislative agenda.

Theyre facing a brain drain on a White House that already had trouble recruiting

top talent.

Many senior West Wing aides are expected to depart in the coming year, with no replacements

lined up.

White House chief of staff John Kelly who has already fired several presidential aides

wants to push out more, but has struggled to find suitable alternatives.

And theyre still working under the shadow of special counsel Robert Muellers Russia

investigation, despite repeated assurances from the White House legal team that the inquiry

is wrapping up.

The grim reality of 2018 has generated a sense of foreboding among White House aides, according

to more than a dozen current and former officials and outside advisers.

West Wing aides, who worked furiously to push through legislation and executive actions

during Trumps first year in office, expect limited prospects for getting things done

in Washington this year heading into a contentious midterm election.

They absolutely should worry about 2018, said Ari Fleischer, a former press secretary

to President George W. Bush.

I do fear a wave election.

Democrats are highly motivated to vote against Trump and all Republicans.

Trump has got to grow beyond the base, and he has got to make himself less hated among

a group in the middle.

While Republicans were unified in their desire to reform the tax code, they are now split

over which legislative initiative to tackle next a dispute the Trump White House,

which has sometimes delegated the nuts and bolts of legislating to congressional leaders,

has done little to settle.

And with a diminished margin in the Senate after Roy Moores loss in Alabama, Republicans

now hold just a 51-seat majority White House aides and Republicans in Congress say

they have little hope that much if any meaningful legislation will reach the presidents desk

before the midterms.

Behind the scenes, White House aides and Trumps outside advisers are engaged in a fierce debate

over the shape of next years agenda.

At issue: whether to appeal to traditional conservative voters by tackling welfare reform

or instead push forward on the presidents long-promised infrastructure plan, which could

attract Democratic support and win over a broader slice of the electorate.

Several Trump advisers have urged the president to strike a more bipartisan tone next year,

encouraging him to facilitate a deal with Democrats on the DACA program for undocumented

immigrants and then quickly move to an infrastructure package a sequence that would significantly

delay welfare reform.

BREAKING!!! OBAMA'S Name Dropped In GROPING SCANDAL!!! What He DID WAS SICK - Duration: 3:06.

BREAKING!!! OBAMAS Name Dropped In GROPING SCANDAL!!! What He DID WAS SICK

Liberals, feminists, and Democrats want you to believe that treating women badly or abusing

your power is a Republican issue. It goes hand in hand with the evil old white man

stigma that theyre trying so hard to pass off as truth. The feminist agenda depends

on you seeing women as being held down, and their rescuers being liberals and minorities.

Unfortunately, treating others as less than yourself, or taking advantage of the weaker

isnt a problem specific to any group of people, its just human nature. If anyone

needed any more proof of that, the recent scandals that center around those who are

firmly on the left should confirm it, if youre looking for the facts that are.

Its a never-ending soapbox of liberals that President Trump is somehow anti-women,

despite all the women that he has put in high ranking positions around him. On the contrary,

former President Obama is lauded as being pro-women and minority, when in reality he

was primarily pro-whatever got him the most votes. Case in point, Fox News reports that

the Obama Administration was rife with sexual misconduct, especially against women, and

Obama did absolutely nothing. Apparently, our former Commander-in-Chief was only interested

in looking out for women when the voters were looking:

The Justice Department scolded the Obama administration on Wednesday following a report

on how sexual harassment of all kinds was improperly handled at the department for years.

The Washington Post reported that the DOJs inspector general had found systemic

problems with how complaints were addressed, with offending officials often being let off

the hook or even rewarded. The article cited investigative reports on a lawyer who allegedly

groped two female attorneys and a top U.S. Marshals official who had sex with approximately

nine women in his office.

Though fresh complaints have been filed as recently as August, the IG said some of the

worst alleged offenses happened several years ago in the departments Civil Division.

Ian Prior, a spokesman in the Trump Justice Department, would not comment in detail about

the allegations but described the problems as largely occurring during the prior administration.\

The Department does not discuss specific employee disciplinary actions or comment on personnel

actions or matters that may impact personal privacy. That said, the Department was very

disappointed with the issues that occurred in the Obama administration and strives for

a workplace free of harassment and other misconduct for all of our 115,000 employees, he said

in a statement. That is why the Civil Division has implemented additional safeguards and

systems to ensure that all misconduct allegations are handled appropriately going forward.

He said a working group has also been convened to look at the issues raised and

will soon have recommendations.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz originally sent a memo in May alerting the DOJ to the

potential systemic issues.

The Post reported that the IG found one top attorney in the Office of Immigration Litigation,

Victor Lawrence, groped the breasts and buttocks of two female trial attorneys

at a happy hour.

He reportedly got a reprimand, a title change and relief from supervisory duties but

was not suspended and did not receive a loss in pay or grade. There reportedly was a concern

that a suspension would deprive the government of his services.
