North Korea's apocalyptic plan would kill 90 PERCENT of USA's population in fight for LIFE

North Korea could destroy modern life as we know it if goes ahead with a terrifying threat to carry out an EMP blast over the US mainland.

A shocking report from revealed exactly how a would leave 320 million Americans running out of food and fighting for survival.

The apocalyptic scenario follows growing concern in the US that the country is vulnerable to the electric shockwave triggered by a nuclear blast.  The detonation of a nuclear weapon at a high altitude above the country would set off an EMP - or electromagnetic pulse blast.

The blast would fry every electronic circuit in a target zone, which expands with a higher altitude detonation.

Experts in the US fear that may be convinced to unleash an EMP blast, given the lack of US protection against such an attack.  The communist regimes leader has already threatened to carry out such an attack in the past.

A blast, which would immediately plunge the US into darkness, would see hospitals fail, the stock exchange collapse, and phones rendered useless.          A journalist reporting for Al Jazeera said: Most of the trappings of the 21st century would simply stop working.            No car or plane would move, no police officer or fireman could be called, no supermarket restocked.

Modern life as we know it would simply cease to exist.  .

In a terrifying summary of the EMP impact, he says: Vey little blast damage would be felt at first but more than 320 million Americans would find themselves without light and without power.

They would be left fighting for survival and running out of food.

Up to 90 per cent of Americans would die, and it would take months, if not years, to fully recover. A recent US utility convention, GridEx IV, put the cost of protecting a country against an EMP blast in the billions.  This year the Congress moved to renew funding for the Commission to Assess the Threat to the U.S.

from Electromagnetic Pulse Attack as part of the National Defense Authorization Act.

In September, the commission's top officials warned lawmakers that the threat of an EMP attack from a rogue nation becomes one of the few ways that such a country could inflict devastating damage to the US.

Matt Shea - Part 2 - Duration: 2:24.

Why do Americans in rural areas tend to support lower taxes?

This is part 2 of my interview with Washington State Representative, Matt Shea

[music]

Shea: You have areas in America, if you drive

through the towns, they're almost

ghost towns right now.

A lot of times they're paying double

and triple taxes on something.

So for example, I buy a toolset

I pay sales tax on that toolset

We use it every day. I also have to pay

a personal property tax , every year

on that same toolset

Where this really affects people is

like big manufacturing where they have a

$15 million machine. They got to pay taxes

on that machine every single year

It's been devestating to rural America

because they have to buy some

very, very big items. For example

tractors, tractor implements

Haitham: Rep. Shea wants to split the State of Washington into two

But do Eastern WA have the financial resources and are they big enough to do that?

Shea: Liberty State has a population

a 100,000 less than the entire State of Idaho and raises

almost as much taxes.

We're number 1 in agriculture

in a lot of areas.

I can go down an enormous list.

Could you imagine it under a less regulatory environment?

It would be phenomenal

Some people in Seattle are against this idea. They say that

Eastern WA gets more money from the state government than they

pay them in taxes. So I asked Rep. Shea about that

Shea: For every tax dollar we generate, they actually

send more over to us.

To which I would just simply reply:

If we're such a horrible burden,

We're a bunch of hicks and rednecks

Why don't you just let us go?

Let us be representative of our

own views and our own beliefs.

We would reduce, dramatically, the

amount of taxes. Almost no

regulations, you know, except in

very key places

Business and people would come

to this area. So there would be

more tax revenue just by growing

the base of the economy

Haitham: But what does the U.S Constitution say about creating a 51st state?

Who gets to authorize that? And how long does it take?

I talk about that with Rep. Shea in parts 3 and 4 of our interview
