USA news on Youtube Dec 20 2017

North Korea: PAYBACK time for Kim after HEFTY cyberattack on USA, former US judge says

was officially blamed for unleashing a crippling cyber attack on the US and the UK in May 2017. And Judge Napolitano said the rogue nation should expect a pinprick military response from the US to destroy its hardware.

The former judge said: The question is: is this sufficient to justify a military response? The answer is probably no. But it's certainly sufficient to justify some sort of an 'in kind' response.

Could we pinprick military response to destroy the hardware that they used to trigger the virus? Probably yes. But Mr Napolitano warned the WannaCry malware attack could not justify full-out military action against North Korea as it did not constitute an invasion of US territory.

Speaking to , he said: The Constitution requires the federal government to protect the states and the people in the states from an invasion.

Is this an invasion? Obviously, the Founding Fathers didn't think of this kind of an invasion but, using electronic means, they entered our geographical space and wreaked havoc.

But the killing of human beings involved in that would not be justified legally and, in my view, would not be justified morally. Kim Jong-un's regime has long been suspected of the WannaCry cyber attack which targeted 150 countries and sent many of the UKs NHS hospitals into meltdown.

Wanna Decryptor, also known as WannaCry or wcry, was the ransomware programme used in the attack – a malicious software used by hackers to block access to a computer system until a ransom is paid.

The White Houses Homeland Security advisor Thomas Bossert said: "The US today publicly attributes the massive WannaCry cyber attack to North Korea. "We do not make this allegation lightly.

It is based on evidence. In October, the  Government said it believed "quite strongly" Pyongyang was responsible for the 'WannaCry ransomware attack.

But following accusations from Theresa May's security minister Ben Wallace, North Korea hit back saying the statement was "despicable" and "an act beyond the limit of our tolerance".

A statement from the states propaganda news agency KCNA slammed the allegation and warned Britain to "seriously reflect" on what was being claimed. .

It comes after President Donald Trumps National Security Advisor revealed Mr Trump had ordered troops to prepare for military action against North Korea.

HR McMaster said: I don't want to get into the specifics of military plans and estimates but I will tell you that the President has asked us to continue to refine our military option should we have to use it.

Of course, we are working on that very closely with our very close ally South Korea, who is the closest to this danger, and with Japan.

But what we have to do is everything we can now to resolve this sort of war. North Koreas Kim Jong-un has been engaging Mr Trump in a continuously escalating war of words which experts claim is putting the world on the brink of World War 3.

General McMaster said the US needed to work hard to put an end to Pyongyangs threat to world peace as the rogue state continues to taunt the international community with its defiance.

How to Photograph Wedding Toasts: Breathe Your Passion with Vanessa Joy - Duration: 3:05.

Hi, I'm Vanessa Joy with this edition of

Breathe Your Passion on AdoramaTV, and

this time we are going to talk about how

to capture toasts, at a wedding reception.

Capturing toast can be a little bit

tricky, just depending on your

circumstances. This is why I go back and

forth between either just using bounce

flash, or using off-camera light for

capturing the toasts. Ideally, I would

like to use off-camera light, especially

if I'm in a reception hall, where bouncing

flash, just isn't ideal. And while

shooting off-camera flash does tend to

yield a more pleasing result, and a more

dynamic image, I can't always rely on the

toast giver to be standing in the same spot.

Because of all the unpredictability

around toast, I am most often using

bounce flash. I like using my Canon 135mm

f/2L lens, so that I'm not obtrusive

during the toast, and I can quickly, and

easily, capture close-ups, as well as

backing up, and taking full lengths of

the bride and groom,

as well as the toast giver.

This also allows me

to walk around the crowd, and get

reactions. I really enjoy doing this,

because it helps me capture more people

on camera, which is very beneficial. If

you don't have a high energy dancing group

! I'm always looking for reactions,

whether it's laughing, or crying, and

hopefully getting a shot of the bride

and groom looking at the toast-giver.

Ideally, when people 'Cheers', I hopefully

get a close-up of the glasses, or at

least a shot of somebody raising their

glass. All of these images help put

together a beautiful page in the wedding

album, just of the toast, which the more

types of images you have of a certain

event, or part of the wedding day, the

better, because you can then justify

having an entire page dedicated exactly

to that, and more pages in the album

means more profit for you. My settings

are based around having a lower aperture,

so that I can have a nice shallow depth

of field, helping me focus in on the

different parts of the toast giving time.

When I'm editing the photos later, I

usually keep them all in color, unless I

feel that black and white adds to the

emotion of the moment, and enhances it

that way. I hope you enjoyed this behind

the scenes look of real weddings, and

capturing toasts. Make sure you hit the

miss a thing here with Breathe Your Passion on AdoramaTV.

Treating traumatic brain injuries with a keto diet - Duration: 1:23.

So the role of modern life;

sports and warfare are faster, harder and more frequent than ever.

Our military personnel, particularly in the special operations community,

they will deploy for 6 to 9 months at a shot.

They will do night operation so that they sleep during the day,

they're awake at night,

they wear a full kit if they are awake during the day,

so their vitamin D levels are super low, their circadian rhythm is completely altered,

their food is terrible,

so there's a lot of circumstances

where modern diet and lifestyle practice are really at odds

with setting us up to succeed

if we're sustaining any type of traumatic brain injury.

And we look at the way that most kids are fed these days.

I mean, again, you know, kids play a 20 minute soccer game

and "Holy smokes!", like they need a jug of Gatorade before and half midway through

and a bagel afterwards and I think clearly...

And again this is when I present this to like a standard hospital system

when I give this talk.

There's some incredulity when I start throwing this stuff out.

"Clearly I'm kind of singing to the choir with you folks."
