USA news on Youtube Nov 23 2017

Rumor has it actress Meghan Markle is planning to leave the popular USA Network series Suits,

a show she's been featured on since its premiere in 2011.

The actress hasn't confirmed her exit, but the chatter has fueled plenty of speculation

as to why she might go.

Is she ready to play a new role with her royal boyfriend?

What's really going on?

Here are some theories.

Long distance

Markle has been in a relationship with one of the most coveted bachelors in the world,

Prince Harry of Wales, since at least November 2016.

With Suits shooting in Toronto and Harry living in England, their relationship has mostly

been long-distance — which can be stressful for any couple.

It's possible that Markle may be leaving her hit series to be closer to her beau.

"I can't say that I know."

Put a ring on it?

Rumors have been swirling that Markle and Harry are planning to walk down the aisle.

Even if an engagement isn't on the table yet, the lovers have signaled that they're ready

to take their relationship to the next level.

In September 2017, Markle spoke about her romance for the very first time in a revealing

interview with Vanity Fair, saying,

"We're in love.

I'm sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves

and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our

time."

"But we're happy.

Personally, I love a great love story."

"Do you see my heart palpitating?"

Low profile

Dating someone as famous and tabloid-friendly as Prince Harry will inevitably lead to an

exponential increase in scrutiny from the press.

In fact, it's already happened.

In November 2016, in a rare move by the Palace, Harry was forced to confirm his relationship

with Markle due to concerns for her safety from the tabloids.

The statement reads,

"Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he

has not been able to protect her.

It is not right that a few months into a relationship with him that Ms. Markle should be subjected

to such a storm.

He knows commentators will say this is 'the price she has to pay' and that 'this is all

part of the game.'

He strongly disagrees.

This is not a game — it is her life and his."

With that kind of sudden intensity, one wouldn't blame Markle if she wanted to distance herself

from the spotlight.

A co-star's exit

Markle's reasons for leaving Suits may be quite practical and professional.

According to Deadline, her co-star, Patrick J. Adams, is also planning to exit the show

after Season 7, reportedly for both professional and personal reasons.

As Deadline reports, Markle's character, Rachel Zane, has been closely linked with Adams'

character Mike Ross since Day 1, so Markle's exit "would make sense."

It's a bummer for sure, but can you really imagine Rachel without Mike?

Time to go

According to IMDb, Markle has filmed more than 100 episodes of Suits since the show

premiered in 2011.

At this point, she's committed more than enough time to the series and has earned the right

to pursue other projects.

This is especially true when you consider that she's barely acted outside of Suits in

the last six years.

Her higher profile may have encouraged equally high-profile professional opportunities, prompting

her to move on from the show.

Aiming higher?

If you're looking for a life of stability and comfort — and the potential for your

series to be broadcast around the world for decades — USA Network is the place to be.

After all, shows like Royal Pains and Psych each ran for eight seasons.

However, when compared to networks such as AMC or streaming services like Netflix, USA

isn't known for winning its actors prestigious awards or paving the way to blockbuster movies.

With that in mind, if Markle is feeling an itch to try something more challenging or

rewarding, she might want to strike while the iron is very, very hot.

"C'mon.

Me."

Royally busy

Assuming Markle is about to dive deep into the Royal Family, it's hard to imagine her

even having time to act.

She'd be busy attending royal functions and supporting passion projects, like Prince Harry's

Invictus Games for wounded veterans.

Even legendary actress Grace Kelly's Hollywood career essentially ended as soon as she married

the Prince of Monaco.

Sure, life with Harry may severely hinder her chances of being known as "Academy Award-winner

Meghan Markle," yet something like Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex doesn't sound so

bad, either.

"It's true."

How to Invest in US Multifamily Real Estate from Europe - 5 Steps to Invest in US Real Estate - Duration: 6:33.

So you're currently living outside of the United States and you've seen that

there's lots of opportunity in the US real estate market you just don't know

how to get started to be able to invest in your first multi-family property.

Well after living in Spain for the last 12 years there's a number of things that

I've learned and I've been able to do. So in this video I'm going to share

with you the five steps that you should take to be able to get you to

invest in your first u.s. multi-family property right after this.

Hey there! It's Billy with KeePon Cashflow... Helping you to grow your money and

your mindset so did you can get closer to the lifestyle that you really want to

lead now on this channel we're gonna be sharing lots of tips and strategy videos

just like this if this is your first time you should consider subscribing and

you'll definitely want to make sure that you check out the links in the comments

in the section below. But as for today I'd like to talk to you about those five

points. I'm glad you made it back so now we're going to share with you the five

steps that you need to take in order to begin investing in your very first u.s.

multi-family property and if you stick around until the very end I'm going to

share a special tip with you that not a lot of people share it but it's also

going to help you to make this a much more profitable venture. So

having lived in Europe for the last twelve years and more specifically

having invested in u.s. real estate for the last four years I'm very clear on

WHY I decide to invest in the US market and that's actually the first step

number one is you need to be very clear on why you're doing that. Now aside from

lifestyle just to share a little bit about why I'm doing that

there are also some of the some of the other reasons such as the population in

the u.s. some of the economic factors as well as the cultural factors that really

make it an attractive market for me and probably an attractive market for you

that's why you're looking now. I would also share with you as part of the

first point you really also need to be clear on WHO is it that you want your

multifamily property to serve and what do I mean by that?

Meaning you want it to be a long-term rental meaning that you want it to be

for maybe a long-term executives that are traveling for one year and they

high class rental properties is it someone like KeePon that is serving

where it's more of a working-class family or are you looking to serve in a

in a let's say a c-class neighborhood where the returns can be perceived as

very very high or are you looking for something that's more on the short

term rental side of things? Maybe you want to have a low cost traveler

backpackers or maybe you want it to be for business travelers but you need to

be clear on whom you want that multifamily property to serve. That's

the first point so it's really being clear on why you want to invest in a in

the u.s. market and then who you want to be able to serve. Now once you're clear

on who you want to be able to serve this is now the part about really

understanding how you locate the specific property but how do you find it?

Are you go out are you looking on the MLS? Are you looking on loopnet? Do you have a

broker that is in the country in which you're living? Or do you have a broker

back in the US who is in the specific market that you are looking for? So

really about being able to locate or find the property is the next thing.

Once you're able to locate that property it's really important to get

that property under your control. Meaning that you are the only person that will

have the right to purchase that multifamily property so that is the

third point and it's really about being able to control and as my parents have

always told me you can definitely trust and you need to make sure that you

verify so the fourth point is being able to verify that everything that you

thought about the particular property up until the point of getting it under

control is actually the case so that it is in line with what the seller of the

property was actually portraying so you want to be able to verify that and this

is where having a very clear and strong due diligence process or process will

help you to make sure that the investment that you're going to make in

the property is going to provide you with the return that you are that you

are expecting and so once you're able to get the verification of the property

you'll then want to be able to make sure that you can go in

and clothes on the property so once you close on the property it's now part of

your portfolio and you're able to add value to the people and/or residence

that you were expecting the plan that we talked about in one of the earlier steps

so you're coming in you're closing on the property and then once you do that

you're able to get the keys to your nice new multi-family property and I'm gonna

keep my promise I told you if you stuck around into the very end that I'm going to

share one tip with you that a lot of times we forget to talk about especially

in the multifamily space and this is the secret sauce. This is one of me this is

the extra bonus so for you for those of you that have stayed until now I want to

share with you the last thing because typically they talk about two points and

being able to make profitable and ventures in the multifamily space number

one is when you actually buy so you've actually closed on the property. The

second thing is how are you going to manage the property? Now keep in mind in

the multifamily space this is really important this is key. Are you going to

be managing the property yourself from overseas? Are you going to hire a

property management company as a specialist doing that from the country

in which you're living? Are you going to use a property management company that

is on-site in the United States? Are you going to use a property management

company that is just managing it remotely? These are questions that you

need to ask but it's also one of the keys like I said this is absolutely the

secret sauce. It's the management of the multifamily properties so I'd like to

leave you with the question of the day. Because I'm sure these six different

steps with you I'd like to understand from you which do you believe is going

to be the biggest challenge for you as you begin to invest overseas? And why

that would be the case now when you leave your comments in the section below

you're going to help to create lots of different conversations I'm sure you're

even going to get a number of tips as to how you can break through that

potential challenge. So anyway, this is Billy Keels

wtih KeePon Cashflow that's my assistance for today and as always...

Hasta la próxima!

JayKode - Wasted (feat. Marco Foster) [Lyrics] - Duration: 3:16.

I don't even know what to feel anymore

You threw me out and locked the door

I don't even know where to go from here

Just close my eyes and disappear

I thought what we had was something

Special I guess that it wasn't

All that time I wasted on you

All that time I wasted on you

I see visions of what could've

Been before you tore me open

All that time I wasted on you

All that time I wasted on you

I been taking shots straight from the bottle

Guess that I've got no self control

Never thought that we would fall apart

Never really knew how to let you go

I thought what we had was something

Special I guess that it wasn't

All that time I wasted on you

All that time I wasted on you

I see visions of what could've

Been before you tore me open

All that time I wasted on you

All that time I wasted on you
