North Korea. To a stranger this secret state does not make much sense.
In fact some activities and pleasures that most of us indulge in daily.
They are off the border in Kim Jong-Un's country.
From clothes, haircuts and travel. The state controls just about everything.
Leaving the line in North Korea is dangerous.
So buddy, let's watch the video so you do not regret it later.
Let's start the show.
HAIR STYLES
The leader of North Korea has decided that it would limit the way people can use their hair.
He decided that there would only be 28 hairstyles approved by the government.
There are 10 hair cuts for men and 18 cuts for women.
Any other cuts that are not on the list are forbidden.
The hair of the Korean leader is the strangest and most unfair thing.
Kim Jong-Un does not follow the approved hairstyles.
The haircut he uses is not even on the list.
HOME
If you live in any other country and you decide you want to live in the nation's capital.
You simply find a place to pack your things and make the change.
But in North Korea it's not that simple.
If you want to live in the capital you need to have a government permit.
The capital is reserved for people who are successful.
And to the citizens more loyal to the regime of Kim Jong-Un.
If you do not fall into any of these categories.
And you want to live in the capital, it is better to look for another place to live.
ELECTION
North Korean law states that everyone must vote.
The only thing about this fact is that there is no other person competing against Kim Jong-Un.
Most people are afraid to stand for political office.
From time to time some candidates appear to run for president.
But nevertheless, they are just political actors who are required to participate in the election campaign.
TV
If you are living in North Korea.
You can not turn on the television and be free to watch any hit movies.
You can not keep up-to-date by watching a television news channel.
In North Korea you can choose from three television channels.
And each of them are strictly controlled by the government.
In Kim Jong-Un Country you will only atch government propaganda.
And do not even think about watching another channel that is not from North Korea.
RELIGION
In North Korea, the bible is considered a symbol of Western culture and is strictly prohibited.
The only God you are allowed to believe in is the government and family of our beloved leader.
The government will lead you to believe that Kim's family has divine powers.
It is said that the last dictator of North Korea was able to control time with his mind.
And if you get caught up with a bible you can be put in jail or even be executed.
PUNISHMENT
This is one more idea coming from North Korea.
It is not a law at all.
It is a barbaric law that is applied to North Korean citizens.
In North Korea if you are in a prison camp and you try to escape.
All your family members, including your grandparents, your parents and your children will be punished.
This law was created to prevent criminals from trying to escape.
There are rumors that prisoners are subjected to slavery.
And they run out of food for a long period of time.
This law is so barbarous, that the United Nations considers that the
North Korean is committing crimes against humanity.
TRAVELS
If you are planning to visit North Korea.
Do not expect to go anywhere like any tourist.
If you want to travel alone in the country do not even think about it.
Tourists are heavily controlled by the state and traveling alone through the country is impossible.
Before leaving the hotel there will be a government guide waiting to accompany you during the tours.
North Korea wants you to understand that you have no rights or independence in the country of Kim Jong-Un.
ARMED FORCES
North Korean soldiers must attend training hours
in quarters where conditions are deplorable.
Always in perfect formation, it seems that the arms and neck are connected by a rope.
All women should have exactly the same haircut, and the uniforms should be impeccable.
They are subject to brainwashing and should worship the supreme leader of the country.
In barracks they learn how best to kill American soldiers.
CAR
For most people in North Korea owning a car is impossible.
Only government authorities are allowed to own a car.
There is an estimate that North Korea has the ratio of one car per thousand inhabitants.
In most other countries this proportion is much higher.
PERMISSION TO EXIT
Do not try to leave the country.
If you live in North Korea you are doomed to live for the rest of your life.
If you try to take a vacation and want to travel to South Korea you will be hunted and punished.
HONORABLE MENTION
If you try to make an international call in North Korea, someone could actually kill you.
In fact in 2007 a man was shot and killed by the government.
When he was making an international call during a run in a football stadium.
People in the stadium began to panic.
And six people were crushed in confusion.
If you have any kind of opinion that goes against the regime and the decisions of Kim Jong-Un.
Including not liking any of the laws just mentioned.
Then you will be sent to an educational field.
While you remain in the field you will be brainwashed, tortured and threatened.
The hope is that in time you change your opinion and get in line like other people.
