BREAKING: Pence Just Attended an NFL Game And Stormed Out Of The Arena After What DISRESPECTFUL
Team Did To Him.
Ever since the football season started this fall, NFL players have been continuing their
disgusting national anthem protests.
Even when fans have voiced their extreme displeasure over their antics these anti-American players
just won't stop their disrespectful behavior.
NFL fans have boycotted the season in droves, and now they only gained one more person to
join in.
Vice President Mike Pence attended an Indianapolis Colts game earlier today and promptly left
after witnessing players kneeling once again.
There was a time in our country when Americans disagreed with each other politically but
could get behind our nation's military and veterans.
However, that was then and this now and thanks to liberal policies our country is more divided
than ever.
After eight years of Barack Obama fanning the fans of division in our country with his
identity politics Americans have been fighting against each other instead of working together.
One of those supposed issues is racism in American that NFL players have been protesting
for the last several weeks.
Every week, these entitled players kneel during the national anthem which has angered fans
across the country.
Instead of these players taking their protest off the field they continue to spit in the
faces of those who have sacrificed so much.
So, when Vice President Mike Pence attended a game today between the Indianapolis Colts
and the San Francisco 49ers he was disgusted by what he saw.
When the national anthem began to play he witnessed some 49ers take a knee and that
was too much for him to bear and he quickly left the game.
Pence then logged into his Twitter account to voice his displeasure of what he witnessed
that should grab everyone's attention.
Here is more from IndyStar:
Vice President Mike Pence tweeted Sunday that he left the Indianapolis Colts game against
the San Francisco 49ers because of protests during the national anthem.
No Colts players knelt during the anthem, but some 49ers players did.
Pence tweeted this statement:
"I left today's Colts game because President Trump and I will not dignify any event that
disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem.
At at time when so many Americans are inspiring our nation with their courage, resolve, and
resilience, now, more than ever, we should rally around our Flag and everything that
unites us.
While everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I don't think it's too much to ask NFL
players to respect the Flag and our National Anthem.
I stand with President Trump, I stand with our soldiers, and I will always stand for
our Flag and our National Anthem."
Pence was in town to recognize former Colts great Peyton Manning.
This weekend, a statue for Manning was unveiled, his number was retired and his name was put
in the team's Ring of Honor.
Also Sunday, Colin Kaepernick said he would stand for the national anthem should he have
the opportunity to play again in the NFL.
Kaepernick sat for the anthem, then knelt, last season, sparking national debate over
social awareness by NFL players and respect for the flag and national anthem.
Pence is correct with what he had to say about these protests, and it would be wise for these
NFL players stand up and take notice.
Listen, a blind man can see that our country is divided and these protests only continue
to further that division.
Now, no one is saying that players do not have the right to protest their perceived
injustices peacefully, but there are times and places for it.
These players are representing their fans, and it doesn't take a genius to notice that
the majority of their fans do not agree with their politics.
If these NFL players want to draw attention to what they perceive as racial inequality
in America, then when they are off the field they are more than welcome to advocate for
it.
However, while they are wearing that uniform, they need to keep their politics out of it
and just play the game.
The NFL has already been floundering in ratings, and this is not going to help their image
one bit.
If the NFL executives were smart, they would put an end to these national anthem protests
soon, or they find themselves playing to empty stadiums before they know it.
