In EVERIST we work the consultancy and resourcing services for big clients.

This encompasses many projects

but all of them related to information technologies.

Hi, I am Miguel Ángel Hernández,

I am the director of EVERIST in Castilla-León, in the offices of Valladolid and Salamanca.

I am Javier Millán,

the manager of the high performance center of Salamanca,

and I work in EVERIST.

We are focused in two objectives:

On the one hand we look for the best talents to our company and we try to give them continuity,

and most importantly, we help our clients with all the necessities they have in business and technologies.

In the short term, our idea is to keep on potentiating these lines which I am talking about:

business intelligence, Big Data, data analytics in general, matters of integration,

and we want to start creating new lines of mobility and user experience here in Salamanca.

We have three high performance centers in Spain,

and our prevision this year is to hire 600 employees.

We support the creation of more high performance centers

where we can find local talents and work with the people.

In a year we expect to be more than 100 people here in Salamanca.

We need to have a very strong link with the universities in all our offices.

Talking about the organic increase we are having in our offices,

around 1/3 of the people that work with us have just received their university degree.

They begin with us with a scholarship,

and the 85% or 90% of them keep on working with us at the moment they finish this period,

so this closeness with the university is fundamental.

One of the initiatives we want to propose in collaboration with the university

consists in creating a master's degree on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

which allows us to train people and help them find better job opportunities.

I come from Alicante and we have being working with them and this year we received the price of employability

given by the university because of the amount of graduated students that we hire.

We have some initiatives, for instance some "apps" developed by the people working for us

which connect the theses of the university students

to some enterprises that require any solution close to the matter of these projects.

This allows having easier connections between the enterprise and the university worlds.

The experience we had in Valladolid´s office was useful, we are copying it into Salamanca

and we are succeeding at bringing profiles from Madrid, Barcelona or abroad

and the experience is being very positive.

People who did not have the opportunity to be back

with studies, experience, talented and very competitive

are now finding with us the chance to be back.
