Dog-Yoga mit Ex-NSYNC Lance Bass - Duration: 1:30.
Today was my first "Doga" experience.
My dog doing yoga – I didn't really think that my dog was gonna be able to participate, because he is usually very hyper.
But somehow, I mean he calmed down immediately.
It was some about the energy in the room.
He did the whole session with me and it was the most relaxing thing I've ever been a part of.
I'm gonna do this a lot more.
I am always looking for different things to do with my dogs.
You know we go hiking, we do puzzles together - I mean they are all kinds of fun things to stimulate their brains.
But Yoga is just something different and also fun. It's excercise!
I was very lucky that my parents from a very early age taught me that you rescue dogs you don't buy dogs.
I'm glad that they taught me that because coming from where I'm from in Mississippi that wasn't a topic of conversation at all.
You didn't really care about where the dogs came from.
You just kind of ignored it to that.
So I was lucky that my family taught me very early to always go rescue dogs and I became an activist a very young age.
