yes guys this was a bad hit for me I started recording I'm trying not to make
this video too long I have a whole bunch of stuff that I need to do also to get
up a whole bunch of arm videos that I need to put on YouTube for you wonderful
people to watch and before I stop this video if you're watching this video I'm
talking about you Netherlands traffic UK United Kingdom okay Canada and also the
US but you mobile traffic users people who watch me from their cell phone and
tablets subscribe to the channel I know that you like my content because I look
at my analystics and I can see how long you watch the video and you guys are
great viewers you need to come become
subscribers because you guys watch my content a lot of you guys from beginning
to end and I respect that but with that all being said let me get on to what I'm
here to talk about and that's that I got my first check today I get paid on the
1st and a 16th of the month but it takes 2 to 3 days for your bank to process
your payment and you receive it so about 1:30 this morning am I receive my
payment now keep in mind when I do tell you what my amount is this was only
for 2 days of work and I'm going to explain but I'm so happy I just want
to say to you one thing I just found out that the company I work for intuitive
solution I currently work for I used to work for KFC first and then when I got
on board can see I got on to Pizza Hut now I just want to tell you that the
difference between the two companies intuitive solutions and Pizza Hut let's
start with intuitive solution I just found out intuitive solutions is a
third-party company they have a contract with Pizza Hut so follow what I'm saying
you so the reason why I asked about this and I got
the answer to it is because I was like why aren't they paying me to transfer a
call like Pizza Hut the company the blue chip company would Pizza Hut pays you
per call I mean per order and per transfer
intuitive solutions where I currently work for now I used to work for Pizza
Hut in 2015 along with KFC but I work for in two of solutions I don't like the
company I'm starting to see this after like two and a half weeks of working
that I'm not feeling the fact that I don't get paid for my transfers to the
store I only get paid per calls and it's not fair because the reason why I'm
saying that yes I'm fast yes I already know the
systems from working for 2015 on these systems but it's not fair because new
hires are not gonna make any money if this slow or if they continue to be slow
even when they learn the platform so this is why I don't think it's fair if
somebody's just calling to put in a complaint or they don't want to speak to
one of us as customer service agents to take their food orders they want to talk
to someone in the store to place their order we should if we have to transfer
the call we should be paid for that time so I'm currently trying to get back with
RMG it's called RMG order entry team and this is with Pizza Hut and KFC I used to
initially work for these two companies here but I did well at the beginning in
2015 that I had some personal issues in my family and I had left the company and
I never even gave an explanation why I just left I just disappeared and didn't
say anything so I'm just hoping that they don't look at that and say we're
not gonna hire her because she never even told us why she was leaving if they
do I'm going to reapply every 30 days or whatever how long it takes before you
can reapply again I'm just gonna keep reapplying and reapplying and reapplying
it so they can so they can't stand no more me and just
hired me but anyways with that all being said I'm working for the third party
company intuitive solutions and they're a company who gets a contract a big
contract and Pizza Hut outsources their customer service calls for their stores
through intuitive solutions like they do contract world so contract world is one
place that they outsource Pizza Hut all outsources is our sources they work and
intuitive solutions is another place that they outsource their work ok with
all that being said I also want to show you really quickly this is pay sauce

process page contact information page I have not yet to see my payment show up
here but I don't care I still got it I still got paid it's supposed to show up
here but it just showed up on my text I had got the text got my phone right
the I'll show in a minute I had got the text on my phone that one I think
something a.m. and it had my payment so I don't know if this username and
password they're saying that this username and password is the same as
issues a name and even when I take this out and try to go in to the system to
just see the breakdown on how many hours I work to get what I had got which I
already know how many hours I had works it doesn't show up but it doesn't matter
the good thing is is that I got paid but let me do some further explaining to you
when you start working you're supposed to get two weeks at 7.50 an hour the
first 10 days on the first week that you work in the second week so that's that's
20 hours that the company is supposed to pay you 750 per hour because they know
you're gonna be slow at first and you're not going to be able to get any money
out of two weeks because get paid every two weeks by getting the
doing the paper order so they they try to say well we wanted you to see some
type of money so you don't get discouraged
so we'll pay you 750 the first week for ten hours that you were and then the
next week ten hours that you work seven dollars and fifty cents so you get about
a hundred and forty dollars but let me tell you how shady these people are they
put me on to the regular call board not the incubation a call center where I'm
being monitored and if I need any help you know they basically babysit me and
help me out into the two weeks is up they put me in two days and I only had
two hours one the first day I thought it was Monday and Tuesday
so come Wednesday I was they took me off the incubation and they put me directly
into that I basically knew what I needed to know to be fully experienced customer
service agent to place calls you know for orders customer service orders they
only did that because they're not trying to pay me for ten hours seven dollars
and fifty cents for the first week and seven $7.50 to ten hours for the second
week which would have been a check of a hundred and forty dollars so they put me
on to the regular shift board and the regular with a monitor you at not
incubation and I started making the third day said 750 an hour for the
first two weeks which would they gave me a check of $140 they put me on per order
after the third day so I didn't like that because I said to myself if I
wasn't fast I probably wouldn't even have made any kind of money I also
want to show you this before I get into what I have made this is my schedule
from Monday the 18th I hope you guys are appreciative to the fact that I am
showing you this information because a lot of people don't care to let you know
how to make money online because they're so
afraid that if the if the work force on online or even on YouTube making videos
telling you how to grow your channel they feel like if it's too many of us
doing the same thing that they're gonna start losing money and that's not true
the more people the more productivity the bigger companies grow and the more
money they can pay out just like on YouTube if you help somebody grow their
channel the more that YouTube grows because it's more and more people making
videos that's more money for them and that's more money for them to pay out to
you so people don't look at it like that because they're selfish but anyways I
made my own schedule last week for this week from the Monday the 18th to Sunday
to 24th ok and I choose to work with no breaks because all it does is drag when
you do half an hour breaks I choose a work from 5:00 to 9:00 now I'm gonna
literally tell you how you make your own shift and I literally mean you make your
own shift now if I wanted to do more hours these are shifts that I could just
pick click on I'm not doing it cuz if I click on it I'm gonna have to own it so
I'm not doing that so anyways now usually the second day of
the next week on Tuesdays I know this I'm very observant dis only reason why I
know this that's when all the hours for the next week comes out that you can
pick get your first dibs too and this is how easy it is for you to just simply
pick your hours this is all the hours available for the Monday the 25th Sunday
the 1st so I know I can't work on Wednesday the 27th so I'm not gonna even
do one's the 27th so I'm gonna pick all the hours that I want to work
okay I'll go back to this cuz I don't want to get into anything but anyways
to make a long story short and I think this video was getting too long and I'm
all over the place but I'm going to show you now you're not gonna be able to see
my phone but okay today at 1:55 a.m. which is today I received an amount for
35 dollars and 75 cents now a lot of people might say what is thirty five
dollars and seventy five cents I only work two hours I worked an hour the
first week that I started working and then the second day Monday and Tuesday
two hours total and then I only got paid $35 because the following day which was
Wednesday they had basically took away the hours so that they could
basically I had three days to make earnings before that bi-weekly was going
to be taken away so that they could Talia what she was gonna get and in the
check on the 16th of the month so I only had three days of work where I could
make a little bit of money because I didn't start at the beginning of the two
weeks I only had three days of the two weeks to make a few dollars so I only
worked two hours in the three days that was left in the biweekly
period so I only made thirty five dollars and seventy-five cents that's
only because again I only worked two hours please people listen to what I'm
saying because I don't want to hear people saying that's not a lot of money
I did not work a full two weeks and I only work two days two hours of the
two-week period I work towards the end of the two weeks that's only that's the
only reason why I only got paid thirty-five dollars and seventy five
cents my next check is gonna be way bigger but it
it's not gonna be a lot but it's gonna be way bigger way fatter but it's not
gonna be a lot because I'm still at that time to on my next full two-week check
that'll be my first two week check and I will show you that one when that
two-week check comes which will be on the first of October when that two-week
check comes out to be a full - 2 week check even still I'm still new to the
intuitive solution system it's not like I know it like the Pizza Hut this system
I know this system I'm still new to intuitive solutions so my two-week check
is gonna be four times their monitors at 35 75 but that's what I got paid for two
hours at the end of a two week pay period
so I started towards the end at least I started before the end was over and not
like one day before the two-week period was over but what all that saying being
