What a beautiful, celestial phenomenon.
The sun.
This star provides our lands and ocean with energy to sustain life.
The earth.
The rock we call home.
The planet maintains a delicate balance in space, orbiting around the sun at a distance
optimal for the growth of life.
The moon.
Believed to once be part of earth, knocked away by an astroid.
Now, this congregation of matter is a satellite orbiting our planet.
Once in a great while, the sun, the moon, and the earth align perfectly.
We refer to such a phenomenon as an eclipse.
The earth can prevent light from reaching the moon, and the moon can prevent light from
reaching parts of the earth.
The latter of which occurs very seldom.
